Description
This PR includes updates to the OpenMetadataTypesArchive and OpenConnectorsArchive so that they contain the latest content. There is also additional valid metadata values ref data aroud the resourceUse and resourceUseProperties of the ResourceList relationship.

There is also a fix to the CollectionMemeber converter for Digital Service OMAS that was impacting the CollectionM Manager OMVS's getCollectionMemebers call
Testing
FVT and manual testing to check that the archive is consummed by the active-metadata-server.
