New certificates and new asset searches (attempt 2)

Description

This PR:

Updates the certificates for the various runtimes.
Adds 3 new search operations to Asset Catalog OMVS
    getAssetGraph - Retrieve an asset and all of its anchored elements in a graph structure.
    findAssetsInDomain - search for a string in all assets and the elements anchored to it
    getAssetsInMetadataCollection - return the assets found in a metadata collection.
