arifle_VelkoR5_lxWS had the wrong baseWeapon entry, making it, this corrects that making the gun compatible with the antistasi loot and arsenal system.

This is fine but I think there was a similar issue with one of the lush/green vanilla (well, Apex) AK12 models. Could throw that fix in too.
