Onadata is currently tracking Pyxform v0.13.1

Some of the new features such as providing an error message when duplicate choices are detected in the choice list are not available in the older version.

Is there need to update the pyxform version to incorporate these new features?

This is an upgrade that would be nice to have and is within our roadmap.
