…oup和host是否已经绑定过了，如果是绑定过了就跳过避免数据有重复性，如果没有就插入数据。如果是想只要这次的host与hostgroup进行绑定觉得还是先去把里面的数据解绑以后再绑定比较合理！

原先绑定hostgroup和host的api中会对表进行清除原有数据，修正清除原有数据的BUG，在插入数据的时候会进行一次判断hostgroup和host是否已经绑定过了，如果是绑定过了就跳过避免数据有重复性，如果没有就插入数据。如果是想只要这次的host与hostgroup进行绑定觉得还是先去把里面的数据解绑以后再绑定比较合理！
