This fixes a few broken links and ensures that the user stays on the documentation
site when navigating between documents.
Changes
The Metrics Data Model document had broken links to old locations of the attributes
specification, which are fixed here. Any other links to specification documents at
their location within the GitHub repository are replaced with relative links.
