Why you need this feature:
It would be nice to don't confufe the end user with vscode build files.

Describe the solution you'd like:

When the VSCode starts up it shows its hidden files to the end user, it would be nice to hide those files or use another work directory.

Anything else you would like to add:
The picture bellow shows how currently it looks like:

How would like to be: (The name of the dir is indicative)
