I greatly dislike counties that have only the default web page "presented by Online Directory of Texas" - they never have useful information.
I guessed as to the field name correspondences, assuming that EV > ED > absentee.
There was only one ballot for the third field, so it might be provisional. Who knows, and I don't think it matters much besides.
