The dunfell branch can't yet handle the colon notation, which results in an
error while bitbake is parsing recipes files:
unparsed line: 'RDEPENDS:${PN} += " ${PYTHON_PN}-logging ${PYTHON_PN}-fcntl "'
Replacing it by an underscore solves that error.
