A logged out user can add a code, but not edit it, but asked to log in right after adding => attribution lost #511

If I upload an image with a new code, OFF immediately asks that I log in to edit the product. When I log in, the product had already been added by openfoodfacts-contributors.

What if we just disallow non-signed-in contributions? That should also help with the spam problem discussed in #443, as one would at least need to be signed in in order to create barcode-less products.
