Hi, I recently started using the app, and noticed that the changes I make via the app are being set to the French language. I'm a tad bit confused since the rest of the app is in English.
I have my region set in the app to Canada, and was told that might have something to do with it. How would I have it so that the contributions I make are correctly attributed as being English contributions?

The phone language is in English (US) and it happened for the ingredients list (likely for other fields as well)

While I don't think I've made an edit for product names yet, they've been displayed in the app for me in French.

Since a lot of food products here come with English and French on the label, it's been showing the French name by default rather than the English name I'd prefer

Language-related question (similar as the one above):
"Hi, The new version looks amazing!
Only one problem, I can't now work out how to check/change the language I'm currently editing (for the product name, ingredients, etc.). This was possible in the old version.
Are there plans to fix this?

• This is partially fixed by the recent changes by @monsieurtanuki .
• We now need to propose sensible languages on product addition based on an array of criteria (localisation of device,country of product barcode, AI recognition of pictures uploaded...)
• We also need appropriate behavior on existing products
• We need to take into account that people travel, go to specialty shops, and that products are exported
