Description
This is a draft to fix #15902 on top of @reta's changes for #15333 9.12.0-snapshot-83df2ff.
With this change we open all files other than Segments* using IOContext.READ during node-node file copy (recovery/segrep).
With Lucene9_12 a READONCE context will confine the underlying IndexInput (MemorySegmentIndexInput) to a single thread. However, the Segments* file requires IOContext.READONCE in test - this is only enforced in MockDirectoryWrapper.
