opensearch-project#3331 Select-Multiple options - I added all of the options that are in the github issue template to make it easier to pick and choose these. They are formatted correctly and captialized so that our data is all consistent with eachother. Signed-off-by: kaimmej <[email protected]>

We should have a condensed markdown file that makes it easier to put in new partners. It should have all of the required data and none of the comments.

A condensed file will make it easier to duplicate and then fill in the required information.
