add/remove/provision - sorta works but the route namespaces are off and creates cleanup issues. fixes bugz #1614727

use the correct namespace add/remove/provision - aka use the cloned route, not the actual representative blueprint namespace - otherwise the route namespaces are off and
creates cleanup issues.
