When --indiv-playlists (playlists mode) is set, the --type flag should be ignored, since we know we have to retrieve from user, channel or handle. We shouldn't be forced to set --type channel, and avoid issues if --type playlist is set.

Superseeded by #361 which simply dropped the argument.
