The EnvVars WATCH_NAMESPACE and POD_NAME are no longer required. See: https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-sdk/blob/master/internal/plugins/ansible/v1/scaffolds/internal/templates/config/manager/manager.go#L73-L86
