Hey there, currently the app only support to open a specific set of links in-app, for those that we don't support we'll redirect to the browser. Are you using an Android device? If so, I think you might have selected Chrome (or other browsers) to open all github links. The first time you tap on a GitHub link, the OS will show you two options - open in-app or in an external browser. There should be a button for you to select “Only this time” or “Always” - you might have choose "Always" for the first time.
