Please support automatic backlinks in discussions.

1. Currently, when in a discussion I paste a link to a github issue, the link to discussion won't appear in the issue. See example in Support build with unbundled libraries nwchemgit/nwchem#905 (reply in thread)

2. The behavior is also present in the opposite direction: when in an issue I paste a link to a discussion, the link to the issue won't appear in the discussion. See example in Run make clean without options/environment variables nwchemgit/nwchem#903 (comment)

I understand that discussions are meant to be separated from issues in order to reduce the noise in the issues, but the lack of automatic backlinking makes the discussions isolated and limits the ability to discover information on github.

Closing, I see this was already asked in https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/3211 and https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/2971

These results somehow did not appear in the "search for similar dicussions" helper link that asked for confirming that I searched existing discussions. An empty page of results was shown.
