Horizontal Scroll not working with mousepad scroll Apple Mac

It seems, that in order to do horizontal scroll on Mac in any browser, you have to place the cursor on horizontal bar and then scroll to make horizontal scroll work.

It works fine in case of vertical scroll, where user can place the cursor on any cell in grid and do vertical scrolling, I think we should handle horizontal scroll.

Please let me know if this could be fixed.
