The key to getting replication working is to have OpenLDAP correctly configured with the fully-qualified domain name.
The changes to the two scripts implement those changes and the change to the
docker-compose.ymlfile show how the container needs to be configured with the details of the FQDN so that OpenLDAP then starts correctly.
