Error saving from time-based format to frame-based #28

This happens when I try to save a SubRip file to MicroDVD. Let me know if you need additional info.

Thanks for the report. This is the kind of a bug I have been expecting to surface after migrating from Gtk.UIManager etc. to Gio.Action etc. and the reason for the 0.91 version number instead of 1.0.
