What would you like to see added/updated/deleted in our end-to-end tests?
ocp-traffic-flow-tests provides scripts to test traffic flows in an OVN-Kubernetes K8s cluster.
It is currently located at https://github.com/wizhaoredhat/ocp-traffic-flow-tests but will eventually be moved to the ovn-kubernetes organization. The tests are complementary to the existing tests under ovn-ci, as they ensure that many topologies are tested, along with providing a baseline for latency and bandwidth.
Why is this needed?
In order to ensure the quality of the code in ovn-kubernetes, it is important to 1) ensure that the most common scenarios tested under ocp-traffic-flow-tests work as expected, and 2) gather historical data on latency and bandwidth across pull requests, establishing triggers if they fall below an acceptable range.
