Apparently I didn't or they got lost. Then let's just go the normal way: review this PR then backport. While the tests seem to pass now, they might fail randomly in the future in uncleant envs. |

@DeepDiver1975 needed for the tests to not randomly fail. They did for me on the stable9.1 and stable9 backports of the tests: #26613 #26614
Will cherry-pick there once merged.
