Currently, users are created based on a base user name and a number.
Sometimes actions need to be done based on a full name, such as when using ldap users in testing.

@jnfrmarks Please split this from the LDAP thing, as it needs to go to cernbox as well and we shall not mix those, so we can send PRs easily upstream
