Convert an Evernote ENEX file with tags that include spaces and/or colons to be Teedy compliant by replacing the tags' spaces with underscores and the colons with a dash -.

To run: Download ethernet_tag_converter.py

Then: python3 ethernet_tag_converter.py /path/to/yourfile.enex

Will Teedyise the tags and save the notes with revised Teedy compliant tags in Output.enex
