CI runs against latest and nightly

  • TODO: Assert behat tests running 6.3
  • Tested up to 6.3
  • Moved lint out of CircleCI
  • Updated CircleCI convenience images
  • dropped circle resource class to save $$ (probably not over the free limit anyway)
  • behat test checks fixture version
  • updated behat tests for Modern WordPress
