Relevant to conan issue: conan-io/conan-center-index#5197 and conan-io/conan#9695 (comment) They recommend upgrading conan, so let's see if that works. |

It doesn't pass in CI since the conan migration off bintray, and would require far more fixing that is worth it for functionality that as far as we know is not in use, in a pants version we're hoping to get everyone off asap.
