Closes #94.

• Renaming certain tasks and GH workflows
• Fix Smoldot type reference with ghost file + make peer dep
• Update wasmbuild
• Fix entry points in DNT so that we can do nested imports of frame metadata types, raw RPC, misc. Only expose high-level API from root
• Ensure console panic hooks in every rs impl
• Clean up sr25519-related bindings for testing purposes
• Delete RpcClientFactory type. It was fluff.
• Ensure consistency of top-level fn statements: we'll use fn fns, not arrow fns.
• Move IsCorrespondingRes into base
