We recently discovered that the Moulinette doesn't combine the tests of the bonus one and two, but rather run them in a manner where they can have isolated behavior. That means that she doesn't expect you to treat widths and precisions when managing the #
flag, or handle widths with 0

.
This release makes tests easier as they try to run both tests in isolation of each other.
Note, however, that all of the flags of the bonus one still combine with each other. You still have to handle "any combination" of the related flags. They only won't be tested against the flags of the bonus two.
