for security reasons. Set env PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC=1 for the old behavior. This is already in cpanel perl 5.22 from 11.56

Needs some test patches.

Needs core patches for:

  • EU::MM
  • CPAN

Needs distroprefs patches for:

  • Module::Build
  • Module::Build::Tiny
  • Module::Install
  • App::cpanminus
