Using parse-literal on allpairs, alphashape & pgr_dijkstra #2261

Fixes #2244 .

Commit names are directory based.
Marking as done on initial issue so no one else takes the directory files.
Besides of using parse-literal the following was made

  • allpairs
    • Cleaned documentation
    • Added information to the family

Also worked on pgr_dijkstra and on pgr_alphashape
