MTprefix to all classes of MuTalk, replacingMuTalkorMutationTestingprefixes when needed.To make sure code written prior to this pr still works, each renamed class has a deprecated subclass with the old name.
Also renamed
ExtremeTransformationOperatortoMTEmptyMethodOperatorto better represent what this operator does.
