v0.1.3 maintenance release

I discovered Some CI/CD and build issues, which meant that previous packages were not released properly. This bump the version and does a proper release.

It switches nix channel to unstable, which makes dependencies easier to manage (just updating to latest whenever). The nix build was previously broken, which has now been fixed.
