All these operations (e.g. Decode, Encode, etc) have nothing to do with bbolt?

Hey folks,
after etcd we also want to add bbolt to ycsb (etcd-io/bbolt#750) - which is luckily already available in similar fashion as boltdb. It's mostly copy&paste, I merely added a new freelist option that's used in bbolt exclusively.
