Bug Report

What version of Kubernetes are you using?

v1.26

What version of TiDB Operator are you using?

release-1.5

What did you do?

  1. execute volume backup and wait it complete
  2. delete all the directories of the volume backup on S3
  3. delete the volume backup CR

What did you expect to see?

The volume backup CR is deleted

What did you see instead?

The volume backup CR shouldn't deleted, since the backupmeta file is deleted and it can't delete the volume snapshots.
