*: bump client-go to remove the backoff for stale read retry (#55423)

What changed and how does it work?

Update client-go which removes the DataIsNotReady backoff. Because we always retry data-is-not-ready error with snapshot read(either leader or follower read), it's meaningless for such a backoff.
