I have been using Heltec WiFi Kit32 - V2. Just received a Heltec Dev board and it is now V3, with USB-C. Compiles OK. Try to download gives the following error:
Serial port COM7
Connecting....

A fatal error occurred: This chip is ESP32-S3 not ESP32. Wrong --chip argument?
*** [upload] Error 2

Is V3 available and have I just not located it?
