It turns out that Mono interpreter doesn't like specific signatures and would crash at runtime on them. This PR works around that by relying on a native library to do the call, and expose the method to Veldrid in a signature that's more friendly with Mono.
The native library unfortunately can't be referenced here because no project targets iOS. It has to be added against o!f's side instead.
