Done @ChrisHuie , however, I still get an error on CircleCI

1) should initialize LiveConnect and forward the prebid version when decode and emit an event
     LiveIntentId
     Error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'url') (/tmp/_karma_webpack_945221/commons.js:338818)

If needed we can cancel this PR and create another one
