hey @PWyrembak, most everyone who manages this project was out on vacation. I'm not entirely sure this is the right branch for legacy changes... but @jaiminpanchal27 should know. If it is, these changes look fine. |

Parameter "r" was added to HB request as cache buster in order to avoid caching header bids.
We need this version reviewed and merged in order to migrate our pubs who are using the legacy prebid version
