Updating CHiMaD Benchmark 1

Overview

Before it was unclear what CHiMaD benchmarks we actually supported (e.g., we have submissions for 1a and 1b but only the 1a folder). While this is a slightly trivial example, duplicating the code for each benchmarks makes it more clear which ones we actually support.

Additionally, it would be a good idea to redo some of the benchmarks since most were submitted in 2017. Is there a workflow for this? Aside from the wall-time, we may want to look at higher order elements (2 or 3).

1d	Unsure if this is possible with the infrastructure we have now. At the very least, it required a lot of replacing template parameters with dim and spacedim to get the codimensionality for the sphere.
