As discussed in the ejabberd chatroom today, the default erlang node name in docker should be
ejabberd@localhost, just like in the upstream ejabberdctl script.TODO:
Mention in the next ejabberd release notes that the default ERLANG_NODE
changed, and existing mnesia databases require setting the old one manually
