Fix hand bounds incorrectly computed using Controllers rather than hands #3

Given that controllers emulate hands, the controller implementation currently does not properly produce bounds that make sense.

Because of this hand menus do not currently work as expected.

- Hand bounds was fixed by calling the joint input system update event

- Avatar joint rotations were corrected through painstaking trial and error
