I'm more on gitlab for a while, only using GH for Pulsar, not sure if we want to update this 🤔

Entirely up to you, it is meant to link to your profile, if you would prefer that it is your GitLab account or even your website then I'm happy to update it, the same block of names is copied between every update.

Late again, I know but I've done what I can for the Dec update.
Mostly has a focus on the new electron version and what that means for us and users.
Other than that it has a section on the PPR website issues and a spotlight for the new file icons.
I've been under quite a bit of pressure recently, would appreciate checking for technical accuracy in particular for the Electron section, I feel this isn't my greatest wording here as well as it has been a little rushed compared to normal so more than happy to take suggestions.
