Release to accompany Pure 0.6.0

Not much has changed since 1.18.0 was released a bit over a week ago. I've fixed a few minor bugs with the site and its documentation.

Major differences with past releases include:

• dropping paginator
• new Menus documentation to suit the new Menu construct
• new Menus applied all over the site, including all examples
• new layout examples
