Move sampler code to nuts-rs and expose new features

This moves most of the multithreading code to nuts-rs.

New features from nuts-rs:

• Inspect the trace while it is running (sample with blocking=False and call sampler.inspect())
• Better initial step size choice
• Option to use draw-based mass matrix adaptation
• Detailed progress reporting in the notebook
