Updated info about conda -- it was a bit out of date.

This is the same as #1204, but from a topic branch.

Thanks for the PR. There is a link that needs correction.


Conda does not install packages from PyPI -- it can only manage packages built specifically
for conda, which can be made available on a "conda channel", such as those hosted on
`anaconda.org <https://anaconda.org/>`_ or a local (e.g. intranet) package server. In addition

I'm not sure why this link is failing linkcheck. I would correct but I'm not sure what the difference is between anaconda.org and anaconda.com. Are they using both?

With the new doc structure, it was untenable to keep the same PR (at least with my git skills)
