  • Link WSGI (to the PEP/spec) and TOML (to the spec/main website) for readers desiring more information
  • Use consistent phrasing between the entries
  • Add standard ref target label

I think both entries would read better if the was added was dropped (and replaced by a :).

Makes sense; implemented that and also added a reference to the tomllib PEP (PEP-680).
