Show errors reported by plantuml server #148

When there is an error in a diagram, it would be nice to show the error details as reported by the plantumlserver [when running with a non-local plantuml].

Those details are reported in the response headers when it answers with a 400 code...

This was fixed in the VS 2017 extension which now displays:
