- fix serval critical bug because of the hyperlinks change based on https://servicesmadesimpler.govnet.qld.gov.au/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=QOL&title=Hyperlinks+dev
- add stories for franchise customisation on hyperlinks, in order to make them testable by visual testing
